The Stone Inn

This place was really good. As a non-local, we had the walleye (fish and chips and sandwich), and it was delicious. Huge portions. Fries and seasoned sour cream were spot on. The server (tattoos, colorful) was super nice and we had fabulous service. There is outdoor patio and indoor seating.

Absolutely love the atmosphere at this place!! The food is amazing I got the Nashville Chicken sandwich. It was really good!! It’s got quite the kick to it so if you don’t like spice I don’t recommend. The fries were the best French fries I’ve had in awhile. Our waitress Sarah S, she was on point. Super helpful. I definitely recommend this restaurant to people passing through Chisago City.

Such an awesome spot. The food has always been super good, expertly crafted cocktails (like seriously good and great atmosphere. Great selection of taps and N/A drinks and the patio is great in the Summer.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The broasted chicken with mashed potatoes was amazing. Kylie's service was top-notch—friendly, amd attentive. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

We arrived at 5:30 pm and were seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive and brought drinks quickly. We ordered cheese curds, which came with a tasty dipping sauce. My partner had the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. He ordered the 1/2 chicken, which was a very generous portion. I had the fish and chips, which came with 2 large fish pieces. Our meal was pleasant. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable.

It's a Taco Tuesday, it was quiet and the best meal we've had around here in months. Actually, my husband said it's the best taco salad he has ever had. I had the sweet chili chicken sandwich with tots . Super crispy taco shell salad bowl, fresh ingredients and a whole, perfectly ripe avocado. The chicken was moist and crispy. The sauce was divine. Licked every finger. Very friendly staff. Very good prices. Enjoy!!

We have been to the Stone Inn a handful of times before and rated it only so-so but we decided to go for variety and to our surprise the menu had changed, the food was excellent and both the vibe and service were great! My partner had the patty melt and he said it was solid, the French fries were excellent. I had the coconut shrimp which had such a beautiful light and crispy batter, the wontons were not what we expected but absolutely delicious. The sides were not an afterthought, everything was very well executed and tasty. Very happy we stopped and we will be back!

Food was absolutely delightful! Everyone was satisfied. Our kiddo said the cheese was stretchy and that was a compliment! We will definitely be back!
